In process of valuation
Juanjo López (La Tasquita de Enfrente) brings his philosophy of impeccable products and precise technique to the first floor of the Gran Madrid Casino Colón. Stepping inside, the atmosphere surprises with its sense of calm — a true oasis away from the buzz of the casino. The décor is elegant, with low lighting and linen-draped tables. The menu is short and to the point, featuring essentials such as the potato salad, tripe or steak tartare. It opens in the evenings only, except on Thursdays, when they serve a seven-course cocido stew that deserves a visit of its own. Simple luxury with Juanjo’s unmistakable essence.
