Second project of the Puntarena Group in Madrid. A commitment to Mexican gastronomy with a present and international view. Well-designed premises with detailed decoration. The menu is not extensive, but it is assorted and a lot of its dishes contain sea products. The kampachi (greater amberjack) with matcha, the scallop ceviche, the pibil suckling pig or the suckling lamb barbecue stand out. Nice details, such as the corn tortillas, which are cooked in a comal (a Mexican griddle). And desserts cannot be ignored, since they are equally high standard. A promising future
