Personal project of David Arauz, one of the great itamaes of the Madrid restaurant scene. With a bar counter for twelve people and a private dining room for seven. Offering based on two omakase menus. Hot and cold dishes with final-course standouts like nigiri made to order, with excellent rice and premium ingredients. Extensive wine list with carefully selected labels. Friendly, sophisticated service on a par with the establishment. One of the most authentic Japanese bars.
