This is one of Marbella’s great dining destinations, a place where food and wine share the spotlight. Mario Cachinero presents contemporary Andalusian cuisine, closely tied to the seasons and local ingredients, revisiting familiar flavours through a creative lens. The experience can be discovered through three tasting menus, one of them offering à la carte flexibility. Behind the project is Marcos Granda, its driving force and the man responsible for an exceptional wine cellar with more than six thousand labels. Service maintains the same level of care.
