A journey through the Region of Murcia through two tasting menus. The gastronomic temple of Pablo González Conejero is set in an African-style hut. His cuisine blends innovation with a deep respect for local flavours, ingredients and traditions. The menu is long, with a lot of local produce and is magnificently explained by a well-prepared team. The experience begins in the garden, followed by stops on the terrace and at the bar, before moving into the main dining room, with just eight tables. Highlights include the pigeon, the tuna and the cheese selection. Closed on weekends. An unforgettable experience.
