Near the cathedral, chef David López has reworked his concept, moving away from tasting menus to focus on a more affordable à la carte offering that evolves with the seasons. Vegetables, local products, mushrooms and game set the tone. Standout dishes include grilled cocido stew cannelloni with mushrooms and truffle, French omelette with onion soup and truffle, roasted turbot and an outstanding flan. On some nights, they host concerts and collaborative dinners with guest chefs, an excellent initiative for Murcia’s evening scene. A solid restaurant and a key reference for understanding contemporary Murcian cuisine.
