This cider house and restaurant is tucked away in one of the prettiest villages in the Navarran Pyrenees, offering a traditional cuisine where the grill sets the pace. The star of the show is the T-bone steak, accompanied by chorizos cooked in cider, artichokes, wild monkfish or suckling lamb ribs. The offering is rounded off with several set menus, including the classic cider house menu. The space is simple and authentic, with long shared tables and benches in the purest cider house style and "kupelas" from which guests serve themselves cider, as northern tradition dictates. An unpretentious plan, straight to enjoyment.
