After training in top restaurants in Spain and Europe, chef Roberto Terradillos returns to his homeland to bring his most personal project to life. His approach combines modern and cutting-edge techniques with cuisine deeply rooted in the region, paying homage to his roots. Sustainability plays a key role, with much of the produce coming from his own garden. The wine list is varied and well selected. The space is divided into an informal bar, a main dining room and a private room, all with a contemporary aesthetic. A benchmark for the new Palencia cuisine.
