Chef Alberto Fernández, shaped by years in top kitchens, presents a laid-back concept unlike anything Vigo was previously used to. In this intimate space with just seven tables, the open kitchen takes centre stage because the real show happens on the plate. The menu, built around locally sourced ingredients, encourages sharing, grazing and drinking well. The Celtic rooster empanada with San Simón cheese is a revelation, the millo corvotorto packs serious flavour and the skate in garlic sauce is pure delight. The wine list is thoughtfully curated by the sommelier. Boredom simply doesn’t stand a chance here.
