In an industrial estate in Morón de la Frontera, Leo Ramos offers market-fresh cuisine with traditional roots and creative touches, closely tied to local ingredients. The menu changes several times a year and pays particular attention to slow-cooked stews, such as veal tripe with trotter and snout, or red tuna with onions and large white beans. Another highlight is the sirloin of local beef with potatoes and confit Piquillo peppers. There are also two omakase menus, in which the chef sets the pace. The space is pleasant, the wine list is well chosen and there is also an in-house wine shop. An essential stop in the Campiña region.
