This restaurant from Javier Abascal is located in a baroque palace in the historic centre of Seville. The Iberian pork is the star of both the menu and the tasting menu, featuring in dishes from starters to desserts. Black pudding tatin, slow-cooked pork trotters with lobster, Iberian pluma or Iberian panna cotta are some of the dishes on offer. The restaurant is set in a covered courtyard within the lobby of a hotel, which can make it feel a bit cold and lacking in personality.
