Silvia Soriano runs this original tavern on the outskirts of Soria. Her proposal combines a menu for formal dining with another designed for tapas. The cooking is fresh and playful, with international touches in dishes such as stewed pig’s tails with crispy pork bits, chicken wing bao with kimchi and oxtail hot dog. Despite the modern flair, the classics are still present: pork scratchings, bravas potatoes and Spanish omelette. The desserts are surprising and well worth saving room for. The venue features a spacious dining room, a bar area and a terrace. A distinctive, versatile spot.
