Set within a small hotel in the Plaza Mayor in Ráfales, this restaurant offers an intimate experience for a dozen diners. In a simply decorated space with few tables and no rush, they serve refined local cuisine: local ingredients, flavourful stocks, occasional grilled dishes and unadorned technique. The menu follows the seasons, the wine list is reasonably priced and focused on the local area, and the desserts are of high standard. Service is friendly, perhaps a little too much so, from the owner: you either like it or you don't, there's no in-between. Reservations are essential. An ideal stop on a journey through the Matarraña region.
