A terrace in the square and a rustic stone dining room welcome diners to this corner of La Fresneda. The cuisine revolves around the wood-fired oven, fuelled only by almond and olive wood from Matarraña. The menu offers platters and casseroles to share, followed by meat, fish and roasts cooked over a low heat: scrambled eggs, mushrooms, Aragonese sausage, suckling pig or lamb ribs. The desserts round off the meal on a high note. Tasty, honest cuisine without pretensions.
