Pleasant, modern establishment with a predominance of white tones. Eggs feature in nearly every dish, hence the name. Spanish cuisine with Valencian touches, based on very reasonably priced quality products. Tip: order several dishes to share. The focaccia with titaina (type of Valencian ratatouille), crunchy egg with cuttlefish stew and beans, and the "broken duck eggs" are all highly recommended. They also serve salads, meat and fish. Some very original desserts.
