With a history dating back to 1922, this grill house in Burjassot may look like a neighbourhood bar from the outside, but it hides three spacious dining rooms and an inner terrace. It’s one of the great temples of the Valencian esmorzaret (Valencian-style brunch), and it’s not uncommon to have to wait for a table. Classic sandwiches, quality cured meats and traditional dishes define a hearty, flavourful offering. At lunchtime, the menu broadens to include tapas, quality grilled meats, fish, pizzas, pasta and rice dishes available by pre-order. The experience is rounded off with an essential cremaet coffee with rum. Good products, efficient service and prices that make you want to come back.
