Traditional Valencian cuisine made with the same care and attention as in the past but with contemporary twists. That’s how they define their work. The starters include some excellent cod fritters, pork jowl served on a bun with mozzarella and truffle, and capipota, a fairly uncommon stew named after the cuts of beef from which it’s made: head (cap) and leg (pota). The rice dishes are made to order, the finest of which are the ones cooked in a pot with products from the sea or mountains. Take note of the daily specials because they're always excellent choices. Everything is made with top-notch ingredients. Friendly, attentive service. A must if you're in the Eixample district.
