This restaurant, located in the Plaza Mayor of Matapozuelos in a former farmhouse, is the creation of self-taught chef Miguel Ángel de la Cruz. His cuisine, natural and locally sourced, is deeply connected to the surrounding territory. He offers two highly recommended tasting menus, characterised by avant-garde, creative cooking full of nuances. It is also possible to dine à la carte, with a more traditional style.
