Asador Horma Ondo

Farmhouse at the top with lovely views of the valley. Spacious interior with large windows and good lighting. With five metres of fire pits, it’s considered one of the temples of grills. Apart from good fish and the amazing T-bone steak, the croquettes, the mushrooms and even the cheesecake are also served grilled. There is a bar-terrace with views where you can try excellent small dishes such as chorizo sausage in cider or long-finned tuna cooked with onions. First-rate wine cellar by a great sommelier. Prices are steep, but well worth the feast. Mikel Bustinza’s house doesn’t disappoint.
