An old stately country house surrounded by gardens and an 18th-century chapel. This family-run restaurant opened its doors in 1989 and offers several dining rooms, ideal for groups and family gatherings. Brothers Pedro and Óscar Pérez lead the kitchen, serving up traditional Castilian cuisine focused on top-quality ingredients and local recipes. Diners can choose from the à la carte menu or two tasting menus. Favourites include oven-roasted suckling lamb, confit suckling pig and frog legs. The assorted wine list has a strong emphasis on Jerez wines. A local classic.
