In this quiet neighbourhood restaurant, with just five tables, the owner serves up dishes with expert knowledge and high-quality ingredients. They excel at pig’s ear and other offal, although these aren’t always available. The cecina, snails and baby squid, prepared to the diner’s taste, are also excellent. When it comes to meat, it’s worth taking their advice, although the T-bone steak never disappoints. The wine list is short but well-curated. Booking is essential.
