In the Las Fuentes neighbourhood, away from the city centre, you'll find this classic-style dining room, founded in 1961. They serve respectfully prepared Aragonese cuisine, featuring a hearty cocido stew, foolproof tripe, perfectly cooked cod, a proper creamy rice and cardoon with pork scratchings that does justice to traditional hearty stews. The ingredients may not be luxurious, but they are well handled. Diners can choose between an à la carte selection and various set menus. The wine list is short, mostly Aragonese, and does the job without distraction. Warm, attentive service rounds out the experience. Good traditional cooking at affordable prices.
