Located on the first floor of a hotel very close to the sea, this venue offers different tasting menus that reinterpret Valencian cuisine. Sourced from turf, surf and mountain, all the products are handled with great respect. Exquisite flavours in dishes such as the entocamacat of preserved tomatoes in brine, the cuttlefish, cockle and sepionet (small cuttlefish) gazpacho, and the rice with wood pigeon.
