In a minimalist space with well-spaced round tables and an open kitchen facing the dining room, Chef José Manuel Miguel presents three tasting menus where French cuisine enters into dialogue with the Mediterranean. The product sets the course, from the hotel’s own kitchen garden to the finest fish from the Calpe fish market. The wine list combines local and French labels with sound judgement.
