Located opposite the natural reef of Las Rotas, this is one of the shrines to red shrimp in a city that lives for this product. Javier Alguacil selects the catch daily at the fish market, and that respect for the raw ingredient defines the entire proposal. Alongside the prized seafood, the restaurant offers outstanding rice dishes and fideuá noodles, as well as impeccably cooked fish and seafood. The prawns, boiled in seawater, are served with minimal intervention so their flavour can speak for itself. The wine list and service live up to the standard. An essential stop in Dénia.
