Select meats, fish from the market, vegetables from their own organic garden, and fresh bread from their oven. Be sure to try the seasonal grilled vegetables with romesco sauce, the grilled lobster, or the Wagyu steak. They make one of the best torrijas (French toast) in the province, served on their famous cow-shaped plates. In season they have a calçotada menu (Catalan grilled spring onion feast). Worth revisiting.
