With over forty years of history, this is one of the great references of the interior of the Alicante region. Chef Kiko Moya bases his cuisine on local products, offering high-end culinary creations and endless pairings from the more than a thousand references in the wine cellar. In addition to the à la carte menu, there are three seasonal tasting menus, although some iconic dishes such as the rice en llanda or the salted prawns are maintained.
