Housed in the former Viana palace residence dating from 1619, listed as a Historical and Cultural Heritage Site by the Basque government. Very cosy and inviting establishment, especially the attic and terrace. Friendly, attentive staff. Local Basque/Riojan seasonal produce. Highlights include the vegetables and the classic grape-vine-smoked lamb chops. Wine from its own winery. The guided tour of the underground wine cellar is well worth it.
