Located in the middle of the countryside but only a few minutes from Oviedo, this venue serves Chef Pedro Martino’s finest stews. Be sure to try some of the offal dishes, such as tripe, and the chick pea coulant. Respect for the ingredients means that the à la carte menu includes fine fish from the Cantabrian Sea, such as the impeccable line-caught hake. The tasting menu is highly recommended if you want to take a journey through the past and present of Asturian cuisine.
