“Bidaia” means “journey” in Basque, and that’s exactly what these two young chefs offer: a voyage through life expressed in each dish. Their cooking reinterprets traditional recipes and flavours with a fresh, personal perspective. The menu is short, but every bite is crafted with care and precision. Must-tries include the bikini toasted sandwich with blood sausage, marmitako of bonito and Mariquita's cannelloni. The charming, modern space features a few low tables and a counter for six diners, where the chefs cook, plate and explain their creations. A young project with a bright future.
