Its name, taken from an old Extremaduran dish little known today, gives identity to this project influenced by the traditional recipes of Extremadura and the local products. The menu features original dishes such as gazpacho with cherries from the Jerte Valley, ensaimada filled with morcilla patatera, brioche with blue Extremaduran hen and boneless Verato–Retinto kid goat. The offering is rounded out with two tasting menus, attentive service and a fine selection of wines from small local producers. The space is simple and welcoming. A gastronomic oasis in Villanueva de la Serena.
