Modern grill with a warm atmosphere, although a bit dark, run by the owners of the Sartoria Panatieri pizzeria. Everything revolves around the flame grill. Locally-sourced cuisine with lovingly prepared ingredients. The owners make everything themselves, even the bread and cold cuts! The menu is short but appetizing. The dishes include brioche with mascarpone cream and smoked caviar, and flame-grilled lettuce hearts. Top-quality meat: Gascon pork tartare and T-bone steak. Unfamiliar but interesting wine list. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. You’ll definitely want to come back. A mecca for meat lovers.
