This small restaurant, with the appearance of a neighbourhood bar, has been passed down from father to son without altering its essence. The menu is short but intense in flavour: a true tribute to traditional stews and well-prepared ingredients. Dishes such as chickpeas with black butifarra sausage, snails, scrambled eggs with mushrooms or tripe are essential, but the black pudding from León steals the show. To top it off, the gorgonzola cheesecake never disappoints. Traditional recipes, friendly service and an authentic atmosphere. Booking is essential as it is always full.
