Alain Guiard presents a proposal inspired by emotions, translated into creative dishes with international touches. The menu changes with the seasons and includes dishes such as rustido cannelloni, marinated and lightly seared salmon with soy and yuzu or cardinal-style macaroni with Iberian pork secreto.
