Hidden on the upper floor of the meat market, this restaurant flies more under the radar than it deserves. It occupies a renovated attic space with wooden beams and basket-style lamps that create a warm atmosphere. The kitchen focuses on contemporary Catalan cuisine, built around seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Guests can choose from the à la carte menu, a daily set menu or a tasting menu, featuring dishes such as cannelloni, cuttlefish rice or boneless lamb shoulder. The Penedès-focused wine list is extensive: it is well worth seeking advice from the sommelier, whose knowledge of the region’s wineries is second to none. An enjoyable dining experience.
