El Racó d'en Binu

With over fifty years of history, the owner couple remains faithful to the nouvelle cuisine that defines them. The dining room has not evolved with time. The service and the wine cellar also harken back to another era. If you appreciate all this, this is your place. Their cuisine is very interesting. Butter is present in every dish. Highlights include the sea urchins, the lobster quenelle, and the stroganoff, and for dessert, the orange soufflé is spectacular. The chef's attention to detail is evident. Prices are steep. It was the first establishment to earn two Michelin stars in a small town. A true time tunnel.
