In this little Japanese restaurant, the sushi bar takes centre stage. Sitting opposite the itamae is great fun, as you can watch him prepare each piece. The menu is extensive and authentic, with no odd fusion combinations, and includes excellent nigiri, uramaki, sashimi and temaki, as well as a few hot dishes and some dorayakis that make for a superb finishing touch. It also offers a set lunch menu that’s good value for money. Booking is recommended. An enjoyable experience.
