Two businesses coexist in this venue. By day, it operates as a charcuterie and butcher’s shop with a history dating back to 1924; at lunchtime and on some evenings, it transforms into a restaurant. To reach the dining area, you pass through the shop, where a long metal counter facing the open kitchen and a handful of tables define the space. A set menu is available at lunchtime and à la carte in the evening. Everything is prepared with seasonal, high-quality ingredients, plenty of TLC and a creative twist: scallop with sobrasada sausage and kaffir lime, squid stuffed with black butifarra sausage and morels in cream or prawns with confit artichokes and Jerusalem artichoke. It sets the bar high.
