Run by the Kao family since 1976, this restaurant is one of Barcelona’s great references for high-level Chinese cuisine and a model of consistency and know-how. The famous Peking duck is the signature dish and a true pilgrimage for regulars. The dim sum also stand out, along with noodles with mushrooms and truffle, sea bass and green beans with chicken. The impressive wine cellar, overseen by Lluís Kao, brings together more than eight hundred labels. The dining room is sober and welcoming, with a hint of mystery that has always defined the place.
