Owned by the Lam family, who have been at the forefront of promoting Chinese cuisine in the city, this restaurant offers high-quality Cantonese cuisine with an extensive menu and a range of tasting menus designed for sharing. The Peking duck is the signature dish, although the dim sum, fried rice, salt-and-pepper lobster and sweet-and-sour pork are also very popular. The décor is inspired by imperial China and features linen-draped tables, a live seafood tank and photos of celebrities who have dined here. It also has private rooms for events.
