A genuine Japanese restaurant. Small, with a bright bar, an open kitchen, and only a few tables. Japanese attention to detail, efficiency and tranquillity. Two tasting menus and a short but sweet à la carte list. Signature cuisine, a far cry from the country’s classic dishes. Eel bao, squid with kimuchi or Japanese pizza with kokotxa. Its refinement is surprising. A very diversified and rather expensive wine menu. Somewhat defective soundproofing. Different.
