The focus is on classic tapas and small dishes with a modern twist, paired with a wine list where natural wines take centre stage. The menu ranges from a sobrasada bikini sandwich with Mahón cheese and wildflower honey or confit leeks with Comté cream to tuna tataki with ajoblanco or slow-cooked cheek with sweet potato Parmentier.
