Honest trash cooking from three former Gresca chefs opposite the Ninot Market. A spacious establishment with no sign on the outside and a long bar counter, open kitchen and mixture of high and low tables inside. The cuisine is based on the yakitori grill and offal. Daring à la carte menu that changes frequently with seasonal ingredients, powerful flavours and good stocks. You’ll find dishes like leek with tosazu dressing, yakitori eel or pickled beef head and intestine. Interesting natural wines from small producers, different from the usual labels. Surprising.
