Dark, minimalist establishment for ten diners with wooden tables and an open bar. The Japanese chef Taka never fails to impress with his omakase menu prepared with seasonal ingredients and that changes every month. Elaborated and served by himself, behind a bar, while explaining thoroughly each dish, the origin of the products and the techniques he has used. No need to stick with yakisoba and gyozas; the cuisine is fairly authentic with an array of dishes to choose from, a mirror of traditional Japanese fare. A wine list 100% local with medium-high prices and an excellent selection of sakes. A fantastic dining experience.
