Locally sourced market-fresh cuisine with meticulous attention to every detail. A benchmark for truffle in the area. The à la carte menu features dishes like truffled artichokes with foie gras, brioche with salmon tartare and different types of rice, fish and meat. Leave some room for the desserts, all of them homemade. Good wine list and very professional service. Worth a second visit.
