A must in Castro-Urdiales. With three separate zones, it’s ideal for every occasion. A long, Basque-style counter displays pintxos made with top-quality products and, in the season, huge sea urchins. The ground floor is given over to an informal dining room with an open kitchen and views of the big Josper oven, the true protagonist. Upstairs, the ambiance is more formal with linen-draped tables. Fusion cuisine with standouts such as squid in ink dim sum, prawn gyoza, and scallop salad with coconut mousse. For the main course, flame-grilled dishes: shrimps, octopus, cod cheeks, tenderloin, and even rice. You can't go wrong here.
