Set amongst meadows and rolling hills, this small restaurant has found its own way of reinterpreting traditional Cantabrian cuisine. The dining room, simple and compact, is cosy, although the tables are a little close together. The menu invites you to share dishes with creative touches, such as the pastry filled with beef cheek, the foie gras terrine with almond praline or some good calamari, before moving on to the award-winning three-broth fish soup. The experience is rounded off by a selection of homemade desserts, a pleasant terrace overlooking the valleys and friendly service that makes you feel right at home.
