Located in one of the oldest buildings in the city centre, which for seven centuries housed a Moorish oven, this restaurant combines history and Castellón cuisine under the direction of chef Pedro Salas and maître d’ Beatriz Villalba. Diners can choose from four menus, one of them vegetarian, prepared with seasonal, locally sourced products. On the tables there are grills for those who opt for their torrà, where guests can cook the meat and vegetables of the main course themselves. They also continue to serve oven-baked rice as a way of reclaiming the local tradition. A place you’ll always want to return to.
