A classic with decades of experience that has undergone transformations until it is now a top restaurant. It uses very good local ingredients, almost all from the sea, to prepare outstanding rice dishes. Their star dish is arroz a banda: they still serve it as two courses, in the traditional way. There are several reasonably priced tasting menus. A wine list that is surprisingly extensive and international. Excellent service. A family – and homely – restaurant.
