In the historic centre of Onda, Adrián Merenciano has transformed a former municipal bakery into a restaurant where fire dictates the rhythm of the entire experience. Guests can explore the concept through either an executive menu or a tasting menu. A large part of the offering passes through the 13th-century oven, from the house-made bread served at the beginning to roast shoulder of lamb, a banda-style rice, cod with caviar and even some desserts. The restaurant retains its rustic character and is spread across several levels. During the summer months, a street terrace opens with a more casual dining proposal. A project with real soul.
